If I have to describe Nicole in one word, it is leader. She is driven, strategic, brings a high level of attention to detail which has allowed us to successfully grow our partner lines of business, in particular global talent acquisition. I have rarely worked with someone with so much energy and passion – her high level of expertise has allowed us to explore new ways of approaching old ways of recruiting talent. Nicole impressed me almost immediately when she joined FGMC by quickly demonstrating that she can take the lead on multiple projects with little direction, and learn and comprehend complex regulatory requirements. Nicole is always willing to jump in to help with whatever is needed around the office - from administrative requests, to running last-minute errands before (and during!) events, to helping compose an exam for 250 students. She manages to remain upbeat and positive, even through stressful times​​, and has caught everything that has been thrown at her.
